He appointed a Correction Commissioner he has total confidence in, and he knows Commissioner Little has his arms around the situation and is handling this.

It's a fairly technical matter. Clearly there is no indication of a misappropriation of funds.

This is obviously a very important decision. The appointment will be made in a timely fashion, but the governor will give the process the time it needs.

These were all things that we are just putting out there that are going to be in his budget. We weren't planning a green week. We're just on track of getting the word out. There's so much in the budget and in the State of the State.

Everything is moving very quickly, and the governor is very pleased.

The governor continues to stress fiscal responsibility to ensure the state doesn't end up with a deficit.

Those are agricultural products. We do promote Tennessee products.

We don't promote one lifestyle over another. It's really pretty simple reasoning.
